H-2 - Act respecting commercial establishments business hours

9. No person may admit a customer to a commercial establishment tolerate his presence there contrary to this Act.

9. Any proceedings for infringement of this act may be instituted by any person.
The court may award costs to the prosecutor when the complaint is maintained or to the defendant when it is dismissed.
The fines provided for in this act shall be paid into the consolidated revenue fund.
