17. Government enterprises must adopt, within the time set by the Minister, an information resource governance and management policy that reflects the objectives of this Act and provides, among other things, for the implementation of planning and management tools similar to those provided for in Chapter III.
Those enterprises must make their policy public within 30 days after adopting it.
