G-1.031 - Act respecting the Cree Nation Government

Disposition versions
12. The chairman of the Cree Nation Government or, in the case of absence, refusal or incapacity to act of the chairman, the vice-chairman, shall preside at meetings of the members.
In the case of absence, refusal or incapacity to act of the chairman and of the vice-chairman, the Council shall appoint a member of the Cree Nation Government to preside at the meeting.
12. The chairman of the Cree Regional Authority or, in the case of absence, refusal or incapacity to act of the chairman, the vice-chairman, shall preside at meetings of the members.
In the case of absence, refusal or incapacity to act of the chairman and of the vice-chairman, the Council shall appoint a member of the Cree Regional Authority to preside at the meeting.
