41. The Minister may establish:
(a)  (paragraph repealed);
(b)  examining boards;
(c)  (paragraph repealed);
(d)  advisory committees for such specific purposes as he determines.

41. The Minister may establish:

From 20 June 1996, the Minister of Labour shall exercise the power provided for in the first paragraph regarding a council of arbitration.
