28. (Repealed).

28. The Government may dissolve a commission in the following cases:
(a)  upon the recommendation of the majority of the regional advisory committees concerned; or
(b)  when it has been shown to its satisfaction that it has ceased its activities or that by reason of special circumstances it has ceased to be useful.
