25. (Repealed).

25. The Minister may entrust any person whom he appoints with conducting an investigation into any matter relating to the administration or operation of a commission.
The investigator so appointed shall have the powers and immunities of a commissioner appointed under the Act respecting public inquiry commissions (chapter C-37), except the power to order imprisonment.
