2. (Repealed).

2. Twelve persons appointed by the regional advisory committees, of whom three shall represent the employers and three shall represent the employees in each of the two sectors of industry and services, may apply by petition to the Government to be incorporated in order to assist in the vocational training of manpower in the region.
No regional advisory committee shall appoint more than two representatives for each sector.
