5. A federation wishing to obtain the constitution of a security fund shall send to the Inspector General an application accompanied with a certified copy of the resolution authorizing the application and indicating the name and the location of the head office of the proposed fund.

5. A federation wishing to obtain the incorporation of a security fund corporation shall send to the Inspector General an application accompanied with a certified copy of the resolution authorizing the application and indicating the name and the location of the head office of the proposed corporation.
