40. Not later than 30 June each year, the Commission must submit a report of its activities for the preceding year to the President of the National Assembly. Such report is tabled before the National Assembly if it is in session; if it is not sitting, the report is tabled within thirty days after the opening of the next session or after resumption.
Such report must deal particularly with the degree to which this act and the regulations hereunder are being observed.
