120. Every person who is guilty of an offence against the provisions of this chapter, other than an offence contemplated in section 119, is liable to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1 000 or to such fine and to imprisonment for not over 6 months.
Every person is guilty of an offence under this section who permits, tolerates or participates in any way in the commission thereof.

120. Any infringement of this chapter, other than an offence contemplated in section 119, is an offence punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars and imprisonment not exceeding six months.

120. Any infrigement of the provisions of this chapter, other than a corrupt practice contemplated in the preceding section, shall be an offence punishable by a fine of one hundred to five hundred dollars and imprisonment not exceeding six months.
