6.1. The Government may, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, grant loan guarantees, on conditions it determines, to fishermen or other persons or to partnerships or organizations carrying on activities related to commercial aquaculture or to the preparation, processing and marketing of fishery products.
