198. The Chief Electoral Officer informs, by any means he determines, each elector having requested a change to the permanent list of electors after the order instituting the election was issued that a request must be submitted to a board of revisors in the electoral division of his or her domicile for the change to be made to the list of electors to be used for the upcoming poll.

198. The Chief Electoral Officer sends each elector having requested a change to the permanent list of electors after the order instituting the election was issued a notice informing the elector that a request must be submitted to a board of revisors in the electoral division of his or her domicile for the change to be made to the list of electors to be used for the upcoming poll.

198. The owner, administrator, superintendent or caretaker of a multiple-dwelling building shall allow and facilitate access to the building by the persons entrusted with distributing the list of electors.
The same rule applies to the executive director of an institution referred to in section 3 with regard to any facility maintained by the institution.

198. Not later than Tuesday of the fourth week preceding polling day, the returning officer shall appoint two revisors in the manner prescribed in sections 148 to 150.
