Disposition versions
225. Every person who is guilty of an offence contemplated in sections 222 to 224 is liable to a fine of not under $100 nor over $1 000 and imprisonment for one to twelve months; in default of payment of the fine, the person is liable to additional imprisonment for not over three months.
