83. A reserve may be abandoned in whole or in part by the person who established it. The abandonment of a reserve is effected by having a declaration to that effect served on the owner and by filing a declaration in the land register.

The abandonment of a reserve is effected by having a declaration to that effect served on the owner and by filing a declaration in the registry office of the division where the immoveable or real right subject to the reserve is situated.
