2. Both in the office of the court at Montréal and in that at Québec cases under the jurisdiction of the division shall be entered on a separate roll.

2. The tribunal shall be divided into two sections: that of Québec has jurisdiction in the judicial districts for which the appeals are brought before the Court of Appeal sitting at Québec and that of Montréal in the districts for which such appeals are brought at Montréal.
