21. Every person who contravenes any provision of this Act or the regulations is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of $500 to $1,500 in the case of a natural person and $2,500 to $5,000 in the case of a legal person.
For a second offence, the fines are doubled; for a third or subsequent offence, the fines are tripled.

21. Every person who contravenes any provision of this Act or the regulations thereunder is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of
(1)  $75 to $1 400 for a first offence;
(2)  $325 to $2 800 for a second conviction;
(3)  $700 to $7 000 for every subsequent conviction thereafter.

(1)  $60 to $1 150 for a first offence;
(2)  $250 to $2 300 for a second conviction;
(3)  $575 to $5 750 for every subsequent conviction thereafter.

21. Whoever infringes any provision of this Act or of the regulations is guilty of an offence and liable upon summary proceeding:
(1)  for a first offence, to a fine of $60 to $1 150 and costs or, upon failure to pay the fine and costs, to imprisonment for ten days;
(2)  for a second offence within the ensuing twenty-four months, to a fine of $250 to $2 300 and costs or, upon failure to pay the fine and costs, to imprisonment for thirty days; the court may condemn the offender, in addition to the said fine, costs and imprisonment, to imprisonment for not more than thirty days;
(3)  for a third offence within twenty-four months after the first, to a fine of $575 to $5 750 or, upon failure to pay the fine and costs, to imprisonment for sixty days; the court shall condemn the offender, in addition to the said fine, costs and imprisonment, to imprisonment for not more than sixty days.
Part II of the Summary Convictions Act shall apply to such prosecutions.

(2)  for a second offence within the ensuing twenty-four months, to a fine of $200 to $2 000 and costs or, upon failure to pay the fine and costs, to imprisonment for thirty days; the court may condemn the offender, in addition to the said fine, costs and imprisonment, to imprisonment for not more than thirty days;
(3)  for a third offence within twenty-four months after the first, to a fine of $500 to $5 000 or, upon failure to pay the fine and costs, to imprisonment for sixty days; the court shall condemn the offender, in addition to the said fine, costs and imprisonment, to imprisonment for not more than sixty days.
Part II of the Summary Convictions Act shall apply to such prosecutions.
