114. The Government shall charge a minister with the application of this Act.
The Minister of Health and Social Services is charged with the application of this Act. Order in Council 655-2020 dated 22 June 2020, (2020) 152 G.O. 2 (French), 2935.
The Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing exercises the functions of the Minister of Labour. Order in Council 1289-2018 dated 18 October 2018, (2018) 150 G.O. 2 (French), 7383.
114. The Minister of Social Affairs is responsible for the application of this act.
