E-2.3 - Act respecting school elections to elect certain members of the boards of directors of English-language school service centres

4. If the election is not held on the prescribed date, the Government may appoint the parent representatives and community representatives who are to sit on the English-language school service centre’s board of directors. Only persons who have the required qualifications to be eligible may be appointed. The persons appointed are deemed to have been elected and declared elected on the day of their appointment and take office on the same day.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Government may order that an election be held and fix the dates of the various proceedings leading to an election.
