206.26.1. An authorized candidate who, during election activities or rallies held in the period covered by a financial report, collected amounts totalling more than 3% of the total contributions the authorized candidate collected during that period must, within 30 days after the report is filed, remit to the director general of the English-language school service centre an amount equal to the part of the amounts collected that exceeds that percentage.
The director general shall pay the amount into the general fund of the English-language school service centre.
