Section 164
Disposition versions
164. Within 30 days from taking office, every elected member of the English-language school service centre’s board of directors shall swear before the returning officer, or the person designated by him, to fulfill his duties faithfully and to the best of his judgment and ability.
An entry of the oath shall be made in the Minutes of Proceedings of the English-language school service centre.
