E-2.2 - Act respecting elections and referendums in municipalities

360.1. The member of the council notifies the clerk or clerk-treasurer in writing of any significant change to the information contained in his statement, referred to in section 357 or 358, within 60 days after the change is made. The clerk or clerk-treasurer reports the change to the council at the next regular sitting.
Failure to notify the clerk or clerk-treasurer within the time prescribed is an aggravating factor for the purposes of section 26 of the Municipal Ethics and Good Conduct Act (chapter E-15.1.0.1) if a rule of the code of ethics and conduct has been violated with respect to an interest that is the subject of the change.
