11. The chief executive officer shall be appointed for a term of not more than five years, and the remaining members of the board of directors shall be appointed for a term of not more than three years.
On the expiry of their term of office, the members of the board of directors shall remain in office until replaced or reappointed.

11. The members of the board of directors shall not be remunerated except in the cases, on the conditions and to the extent determined by the Government. They may, however, be entitled to the reimbursement of the expenses incurred by them in the performance of their duties on the conditions and to the extent determined by the Government.

11. The Government shall fix the salary of the president and the salaries of the other members of the board of directors and the indemnities to which they are entitled. Once fixed, their salaries cannot be reduced.
