35. Every dispute relating to any matter connected with such societies or clubs arising between clubs or between clubs and societies or the members and officers of any club, which cannot be settled by the said club, shall be likewise submitted to the decision of the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, which shall be final.
