33. The secretary-treasurer of every club shall be responsible to such club for all moneys collected by him in such capacity, and shall furnish to the club security to the extent of $400, to the satisfaction of the president and vice-president.
He shall not draw any moneys from the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food until he shall have previously sent to him a copy of the surety bond.
The security of the secretary-treasurer shall be renewed whenever required by the club, and shall be according to form 2.

He shall not draw any moneys from the Minister of Agriculture until he shall have previously sent to him a copy of the surety bond.
