13. Each club, union of clubs or of societies and clubs, established as aforesaid, may, from time to time, hold an exhibition of agricultural produce, farm stock and other objects connected with agriculture, and also of articles of domestic and other manufacture and works of art, and also organize competitions for the best cultivated farms, in accordance with the plan prescribed by the regulations of the Council of Agriculture.
The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food may, nevertheless, require or permit such clubs to do whatever they may deem best calculated to promote the interests of agriculture.
