21. Board members may be reappointed twice to serve in that capacity only for a consecutive or non-consecutive term.
In addition to terms served as a board member, the chair of the board may be reappointed twice to serve in that capacity for a consecutive or non-consecutive term.

21. The College Education Regulations, established under section 18 of the General and Vocational Colleges Act (chapter C‐29), shall apply to the college-level instruction that, with the authorization of the Minister of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology, may be dispensed by the Conservatoire, any reference therein to colleges being read as a reference to the Conservatoire.
Diplomas or other attestations relating to programs of college studies shall be awarded pursuant to the College Education Regulations.
