9. Every conservation officer may, without a warrant, enter and search any vehicle, aircraft or boat, or any building other than a private dwelling house, and open or cause to be opened any receptacle if he has reasonable grounds to believe that it contains:
(a)  any animal, fish or fur held contrary to this act or the regulations;
(b)  an object which has been used to infringe this act or the regulations.
