73. Whoever wilfully gives false information to the Minister or to a conservation officer in the performance of his duties is guilty of an offence and liable, in addition to the payment of the costs, to a fine of $50 to $100 or to imprisonment for not less than seven days, or to both these penalties at the same time.

73. Whoever hunts with an arm the use of which is prohibited by the regulations is guilty of an offence and liable, in addition to the payment of the costs, to a fine of $25 to $100 or to imprisonment for not more than ten days or to both such penalties at the same time.
