62. The Minister may cancel any lease made to a lessee who is convicted of an infringement of this act or of the regulations, or of any act or regulation respecting hunting or fishing and applicable in Québec, or who fails to comply with the conditions of his lease.
Such cancellation shall entail confiscation for the benefit of the public domain of all the improvements or structures made on the land covered by the lease; however the minister may indemnify the lessee to the extent that he deems that such improvements or structures have given a permanent increase in value to the land covered by the lease.
