50. The Minister shall grant an indemnity, the amount of which shall be determined by regulation, to every holder of a hunting licence who sustains an injury in consequence of an accident resulting directly from hunting for recreational purposes in Québec, or, if he dies in consequence of such accident, to his legal representatives, but the amount of the indemnity shall not exceed $5 000 in respect of the same accident.
