30. This Act gives neither the Regional Council nor Municipalité de Baie-James any authority over hunting and fishing rights or over the Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Regime established by the Act respecting hunting and fishing rights in the James Bay and New Québec territories (chapter D-13.1).
