147. Every person convicted of an offence under this Act is liable to a fine of $50 to $1,000 and, in the case of a subsequent offence, to a fine of $200 to $5,000.

147. Every person found guilty of an offence against this act is liable on summary proceeding to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $1 000 for each offence and a fine of not less than $200 nor more than $5 000 for each subsequent offence within two years.
Part II of the Summary Convictions Act (chapter P-15) shall apply.
