37. A holder of a permit contemplated in section 30 who establishes to the satisfaction of the board of directors that he has practised public accountancy for at least five years and whose application is supported by three members of the Order may be admitted as a member of the Order, and entered on the roll, if he passes the professional examinations required by the regulations of the board of directors.
