19. (Repealed).

19. Whosoever carries on operations within the purview of section 12, on behalf of a company which has not complied with the formalities required before such operations can be carried on in Québec, shall be liable for each offence to a fine of not more than $1 000.

Whosoever carries on operations within the purview of section 12, on behalf of a company which has not complied with the formalities required before such operations can be carried on in Québec, shall be liable for each offence to a fine of not more than $1 000 and, on failure to pay such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more than three months.
