531. In the case of a second or subsequent conviction, the minimum and maximum fines provided for in sections 529 and 530 shall be doubled.

531. For each subsequent offence within two years of conviction for an offence under the same provision, the minimum and maximum fines provided for in sections 529 and 530 shall be doubled.
