355. The ethics committee shall adopt rules for the protection of the interests of the federation, the credit unions affiliated with it and their members, that are consistent with the policies of the confederation with which the federation is affiliated, where that is the case.
The rules shall concern, in particular, the procedure governing contracts with restricted parties, the conditions applicable to the credit extended to them, the disclosure requirements of the federation, credit unions affiliated with it and restricted parties, the protection of confidential information held by the federation and credit unions affiliated with it in respect of their members, and the conduct required of the federation and credit unions affiliated with it in cases where their interest or that of a legal person belonging to the same group as the federation is in conflict with that of the members of the credit union.
