253. A credit union which extends credit to a restricted party or to a person who is an associate of any of its officers shall disclose it to its board of supervision and to the ethics committee of the federation with which it is affiliated, where that is the case.
The disclosure must indicate the surname and given name of the restricted party or of the associate, the amount of credit extended, the maturity date, the rate of interest and the security offered.
