215. Every one who, being a director, manager or officer of a company, commits any act contrary to the provisions of this Part, or fails or neglects to comply with any such provision, shall, if no fine for such act, failure or neglect is expressly provided by this Part, be liable to a fine of not more than $200.

215. Every one who, being a director, manager or officer of a company, commits any act contrary to the provisions of this Part, or fails or neglects to comply with any such provision, shall, if no fine for such act, failure or neglect is expressly provided by this Part, be liable to a fine of not more than $200; provided that no proceeding shall be taken under this section without the consent in writing of the Attorney General.

215. Every one who, being a director, manager or officer of a company, commits any act contrary to the provisions of this Part, or fails or neglects to comply with any such provision, shall, if no fine for such act, failure or neglect is expressly provided by this Part, be liable, on summary proceeding, to a fine of not more than $200, or to imprisonment for not more than two months, or to both such fine and imprisonment; provided that no proceeding shall be taken under this section without the consent in writing of the Attorney General.
