80. (Repealed).

80. From 7 November 1971, no member of a municipal council of a municipality of the Community shall, on pain of forfeiture of his office, engage in regular or permanent employment for the Community. If a member of a municipal council is engaged in temporary or call-up employment, he shall not sit on the Council.
