76. The resolution dismissing, suspending without pay or reducing the salary of an officer or employee who is not an employee within the meaning of the Labour Code (chapter C-27) and who has held a position for at least six months or has held, within the Community, a position the holder of which is not an employee within the meaning of that Code shall be served on the officer or employee in the same manner as a summons under the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25).
A person on whom a measure described in the first paragraph has been imposed may, within 30 days following service of the resolution, file a complaint in writing with the labour commissioner general who shall appoint a labour commissioner to make an inquiry and decide the complaint.

76. Where a person on whom a penalty prescribed in section 75 is being imposed is an officer referred to in section 72, or is an officer or employee who has held his position for at least six months and is not an employee within the meaning of the Labour Code (chapter C-27), the resolution imposing the penalty must be served by handing a copy thereof to him in person. The person so removed or suspended or whose salary was so reduced may appeal from such decision to the Commission municipale du Québec, which shall decide finally, after inquiry.
Such appeal shall be taken within 15 days of the service of the resolution.

The resolution removing an officer or employee contemplated in section 74 or 75 or suspending him without pay or reducing his salary shall be served by handing a copy thereof to him in person; the person so removed or suspended or whose salary was so reduced may appeal from such decision to the Commission municipale du Québec, which shall decide finally, after inquiry.
Such appeal shall be taken within fifteen days of the service of the resolution.

76. The resolution removing an officer or employee contemplated in section 74 or 75 or reducing his salary shall be served by handing a copy thereof to him in person; the person so removed or whose salary was so reduced may, subject to section 79 of the Police Act (chapter P-13), appeal from such decision to the Commission municipale du Québec which shall decide finally after inquiry.
Such appeal shall be taken within fifteen days of the service of the resolution.
