195. (Repealed).

195. The director shall:
(a)  direct, administer and organize the Police Department;
(b)  hire and supervise the department staff;
(c)  procure, for the Police Department, the arms, equipment, clothing and other things necessary for the discharge of the duties assumed by the Police Department.
