215. The Community shall, as soon as possible after a by-law has been passed under this Act transferring to it the ownership of any immovable in a municipality, register in the Land Registry Office a declaration signed by the director general and secretary stating that the Community is now the owner of the immovable described therein following the passing of a by-law of which the number, date of coming into force and reference to the provisions of this Act authorizing the passing thereof must be mentioned in the declaration.

215.
