37. (Repealed).

37. Where any municipality is indebted to the Province with respect to any loan authorized by by-law enacted in that behalf, the Government may enter into any agreement with such municipality with respect to such loan, notwithstanding the said by-law or any provision of any general law or special act to the contrary.
