9. The Minister shall transmit to every enterprise engaged in the processing of marine products designated in the agreement a copy of the application and of the marketing agreement accompanying it, within thirty days of receiving them.
The Minister shall indicate the date after which he intends to submit the application and the marketing agreement to the Government for approval.
