42. A board may exercise in its name and, as the case may be, in the name of the enterprises engaged in the processing of the marine products designated in a marketing agreement, any right of action respecting the application of a marketing agreement or an extension order.
The rights of action of several enterprises engaged in the processing of marine products designated in a marketing agreement against the same person may be joined in the same action; where such is the case, the total amount of the claim shall determine jurisdiction in first instance and in appeal.
