107. (Repealed).

107. The Board may, by resolution, for the purposes of exercising the powers conferred on it under section 106, establish a committee among the members of the board of directors and delegate to it all or part of those powers.
The Government shall fix the salary and, where necessary, the additional salary of the members of the committee.
This section has effect from 24 February 1982, and an order made by the Government by virtue of the second paragraph may have effect from the same date.
