106. The Autorité des marchés financiers may act as administrator of the Fédération des caisses d’entraide économique du Québec for the purposes of section 201 of the Act respecting the sociétés d’entraide économique (chapter S-25.1).
The Board is deemed to have been appointed to that position from 24 February 1982, effective 1 March 1982.
This section has effect from 24 February 1982.
