461. (Repealed).

461. A public notice convening a public meeting of the electors of the municipality for the purpose of approving or disapproving of a by-law and voting thereon must be posted at least 15 days before the holding of the meeting, in the places where by-laws are ordinarily posted.
The notice must also contain the particulars provided for in the second paragraph of article 303.
