314. The nomination paper shall mention the name, surname and occupation of the candidate, as well as the number of the seat for which he is nominated when the seats are numbered according to article 109, and it shall be signed at length by the proposers.
The nomination paper must be accompanied with the written consent of the persons nominated.
The presiding officer is bound to receive and propose as candidates the names of all persons thus submitted to him in writing by at least two electors present.
In a municipality divided into electoral districts, the nomination paper of a candidate to the office of councillor must indicate the electoral district contemplated, and the electors contemplated in the third paragraph who are proposing the candidate must be persons entitled to vote at the election to the office of councillor for that district.
