65.8. (Repealed).

65.8. The council may, in the by-law contemplated in section 65.6, order that section 65.4 apply, mutatismutandis, to the sum fixed by the by-law, for any municipal fiscal period from the first period commencing after the coming into force of the by-law, for as long as the by-law remains in effect.
